Breakfast in bed or dinner on the couch?
Breakfast in bed without a doubt. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. Honestly, I can't even properly start my day without it. I’m a huge fan of croissants and pain au chocolat. On top of that, I just love mornings at home. We always take our time waking up together with our two-year-old, who now insists on sleeping between us. Especially now we’re sleeping under Fabels & Feathers bedding. It’s just so comfortable and soft.
Candles all day or only at night?
Only at night. During the day, I like having natural light coming in through the windows and fresh air from outside. Our windows are open most of the time. But as soon as it gets dark, I’m usually the first to light a candle.
Minimalist decor or cozy, layered vibes?
I’d like to say minimalist but with a two-year-old, that’s almost impossible. I’ve learned to really embrace a cozier (and messier) home.
Movie night with candles or music and a good book?
We don’t have a TV at home and therefore we also never watch movies. We really value spending time together, talking and listening to music. And while we don’t have a TV, we do have an amazing sound system that we use a lot. So, this one’s easy: music and a good book.
One signature scent year-round or a new candle each season?
I’m the type who really sticks to one favorite scent. Right now, I’m totally hooked on the linen spray from Fabels & Feathers. Every time I smell it, it immediately takes me back to Pillows hotels. So, for me, definitely a timeless favorite over seasonal swaps.
Cooking a homemade dinner or ordering comfort food?
Tough question. My boyfriend is the one who usually cooks, and when he does (always something Italian), I’ll choose homemade dinner any day. But if he’s not around? Then it’s comfort food. Can’t top him.
