Returning Your Order

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receiving it—no questions asked. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the order amount, excluding any initial shipping costs you may have paid.

Please note that personalized items, including embroidered products, cannot be returned.

Free Returns for Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany

For orders delivered within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we’re happy to offer free returns! Just email us at info@fablesandfeathers.com, and we’ll take care of the return shipping costs for you.

For returns outside of these countries, return shipping costs are not covered. These costs usually start at around €6.95 per package, depending on your chosen carrier — please check their website for details.

How to Return Your Purchase

It's easy! Just send us an email at info@fablesandfeathers.com and we’ll provide you with the return address. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll inform you and refund the order amount within 14 business days.

To ensure a full refund, please handle the product with care. If the item or its packaging is damaged beyond what’s necessary to inspect or try it, it might be needed to deduct the reduction in value from your refund. We kindly ask that you return your item in its original condition and packaging. 📦

Withdrawal Form

If exercising the right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. This will help us process your return quickly and ensures a smooth refund.

Once the returned product is received in good condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. 💸 Please make sure the product is returned safely and in good order so that we can process your refund smoothly.
